This policy describes how Hafiz Pro (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles information when you use our mobile application and related services. We aim to be transparent and to treat your data with care.

Depending on how you use the app, we or our service providers may process:
- Product and usage data — such as app screens viewed, feature usage, and coarse technical data (for example app version and device type) to understand how the app performs and how we can improve it.
- Identifiers used for analytics — a pseudonymous identifier may be assigned by our analytics tools so we can measure engagement over time without using your name or email inside those tools.
- Information you store on your device — reading progress, bookmarks, preferences, and similar data may be stored locally on your device to power core features (for example resuming where you left off).
We do not require you to create an account to study the Quran in the app. We do not ask for sensitive religious content beyond what you choose to use inside the app as part of normal study.

We use the information above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve Hafiz Pro;
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues;
- Understand which features help learners so we can prioritize improvements;
- Comply with applicable law where required.
3. Analytics and third-party services
We may use third-party analytics providers to process usage data in aggregated or pseudonymous form. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies and act as processors or service providers on our behalf. You can limit ad tracking or reset identifiers using your device settings where available.
Distribution and platform services (for example Apple App Store and Google Play) collect information according to their own policies when you install or update the app through their stores.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with vendors who help us run the app (such as analytics or infrastructure) subject to appropriate safeguards, or when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data retention
Analytics data may be retained for a limited period according to our providers’ settings and our operational needs. Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data from your device settings, unless we sync or back up specific items in the future in a way we describe in an updated policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app and our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to keep your device software up to date.
7. Children’s privacy
Hafiz Pro is designed as an educational and devotional tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required for consent in your region for targeted analytics. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International users
If you use the app from outside your home country, information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
9. Your choices
You may be able to:
- Adjust permissions (microphone, notifications, etc.) in your device settings;
- Limit analytics or reset advertising identifiers where your platform provides those controls;
- Delete the app to remove locally stored data from your device.
